Tc43 is Technetium

The name Technetium is from the Greek word technitos, meaning artificial, because the element was human made, produced only in decay of uranium and discovered with a cyclotron particle accelerator.  It is the lightest unstable element in the periodic table.  It is used as a medical tracer.
