Pears & Squares

This collection extends and borrows from two earlier series themes, the Pears & Squares paintings and square shapes a la "Squares R Us".  This series features the traditional, classic pear shape, sometimes  abstracted & modified, along with square shapes that are  outlined or solidly painted in various degrees.  Why "Pears & Squares"?  Mainly because I love the shapes of pears and because the rhyme and rhythm of these two words said together inspired me.
